Born and raised in Staffordshire, Fleur has always been passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in her local community. Throughout her career, she has worked in senior leadership and people-focused roles, building strong relationships, supporting individuals, and creating environments where people feel heard and valued. Those experiences have shaped the values that sit at the heart of Staffordshire Companions today.
After seeing first-hand the challenges that many older adults and their families face, Fleur recognised a growing need for trusted, local support that goes beyond traditional services. She wanted to create something that offered reassurance to families while providing companionship and practical assistance to those who need it most.
Staffordshire Companions is not a care agency and does not provide personal or medical care. Instead, we offer the kind of support that can make a real difference to everyday life. Whether it’s sharing a cup of tea and a friendly conversation, helping with shopping and errands, providing transport to appointments, assisting around the home, or accompanying someone on a day out, our services are designed to help people continue living life on their own terms.
